Usethescientifictechnologystructuretoanalyzewatermolecules,producedhydrogen(H2)tocombuste,oxygen(02)forhelpingcombustion,sothatthetemperatureincreasedrapidlyincombustionstudio.Thiscyclecanmakefuelburnfullyintheoven,andproducegreatheatvalue.Becauseofthefullcombustionandandswirlcyclonecombustiontechnologyinthecombustionchamber,thecoalgasgenetorcanachievehightemperatures,avoidtheemissionofharmfulgases,suchasC0,C02,N0,S02,smokeremoval,dustremoval,desulfurization,achievetherequirementsofenvironmentalprotectiondepartment.
Introduction: The two-stage coal gasifying equipment including carbonizing stage and gasifying stage, with 40-60mm bituminous coal for fuel. In the upper stage, coal is carbonized. The carbonized coal becomes semi-cokes,then gets down to be gasified in lower stage. Carbonization and gasification of coal are finished in same equipment. The carbonizing and gasifying gas, after optimized allocation,is disposed by dust-removing .tar-removing, cooling and sulfide-removing technology. The clean coal gas out of fumace is supplied to industrial kiln by gas pressure adding and transmission system. The whole system includes coal yard,Raymond Mill slag yard, coal lifting system, light oil catcher and recycding system, phenol water disposal and incinerating system, autocontrol, coal gas storage, pressure adding and transmission system. Permanent magnetic separator mainly consists of such four parts as cylinder, magnetic system, cell and transmission parts. Cylinder is made of 2-3mm welded and bent stainless steel and the terminal cover is forged aluminum plate which is connected with stainless bolts. The motor drives the cylinder to go round and round through decelerated machine. The magnetic system is open and put in the cylinder. The magnetic piece is installed on the bottom plate with stainless bolt, the axis of magnetic yoke spreads out of cylinder, and there is cranks which are fixed on the end of axis. The angle of magnetic system can be adjusted by pulling the crank, and be fixed with push rod. The working area of cell is made of stainless steel plate, and the other parts of frame and cell adopt common welded steel.
Working Principle of Magnetic Separators:
The mineral slurry flows into the cell through box feeder, the mineral particle is loose under the function of water flow of feeder water pipe when they flow into the cell. Affected by magnetic field, the magnetic particle swarm together and form magnetic cluster or chain. With the magnetism of mineral slurry, the magnetic cluster or chain moves toward the magnetic pole, and is absorbed to the cylinder. Because of the polarity of magnetic pole, the revolving directions alternate constantly, and remain fixed when it is working.single drum magnetic separator When the magnetic cluster and chain go round and round along with the cylinder, the mingled gangue and other non-magnetic ore fall down due to the mixing phenomena produced by alternation of magnetic poles, and it is concentrate that is absorbed to the cylinder surface. The concentrate moves to the end of magnetic system where the magnetism is weakest along with the revolving cylinder, and is discharged into concentrate tank by the current ejected by the discharging-ore pipe. The non-magnetic or weak magnetic remained are discharged along with the mineral slurry,wet drum separators and they are gangue.

Magnetic separator introduction:
The Magnetic Separator/Iron Sand Magnetic separator can separate raw materials with different magnetic rigidities.The Wet Magnetic Separator/Iron Sand Magnetic separator are available in cyclic design with process vessel diameters smaller than 3mm. Magnetic Separator is one kind of efficient equipment for processing fine, feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, wolfram, ilmenite, and tantalum-niobium, etc. In recent years, it is also more and more applied in purifying quartz, feldspar and nephline. Its magnetic system is a ring-shape chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tube and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as magnetic matrix.
Magnetic separator working principle:
When theraw materialsflow into the tank body of the Wet Magnetic Separator/Iron Sand Magnetic separator , firstly, the flowing direction of the raw materials is the same as the rotary direction of the magnetic drum, the iron magnetite materials are attracted to the surface of drum. This is the first separation. In the second step, the flushing water below flush the raw materialsback for the second separation. This time the flowing direction of the raw materials is opposite to the rotary direction of the magnetic drum. Then along with the rotation of drum, the iron magnetite materials on the surface of drum will finally leave the magnetic field and fall to the ore concentrate box under gravity. Also, the flushing water above helps to flush the iron magnetiteinto the ore concentrate box. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic materials can not beattracted and will flow to the discharge pipe for tailings.
