We’ve been on a roll with ‘Sneaker Art’ today, first with the Air Force 1 Box Coffee table and now, another Jordan 6s Carmine Sculpture by El-Hedonista. A few months ago, El Hedonista delivered a blank Air Jordan 6 sculpture that was made out of fiber glass and now, he gives us another AJ6 and this time it features the Air Jordan 6 ‘Carmine’ Colorway. The sculpture displays red and white on the upper with the beloved Nike Air on the back. Check out photos of this Sculpture after the jump!
Releasing later on in 2014 is the Jordan 6 Carmine, a pair that’s historically been pretty tough to track down as far as retros are concerned. Of course there are still colorways out there that remain more elusive, namely the OG ‘Sport Blue’ and ‘Maroon’ that have never been retrod before. The popularity of the white/black/carmine will be tested come May, when the sneakers arrive after that first batch of Jordan 6s planned for 2014. The Jordan 6 Carmine 2014 colorway, an unequivocal classic, pairs red panels with white overlays on the leather-and-nubuck upper, with black on tongue, heel-tab, liner and midsole rounding out the ‘Bulls’ palette. There’s that icy blue outsole too, but that . . . that just looks good, irrespective of theme.
